mA Simulator – MS 805

Introduction

We make a truly portable and highly reliable mA Simulator which can be used for mA Source and Sink facility is built in. The Simulator is designed to suit the Instrumentation Lab as well as field calibration. This can be used as a better tool for troubleshooting and confirmation of instruments, Hence, it is very useful for Commissioning, Quality assurance, and Routing Maintenance.

Functional Description – – mA Simulator suppliers

  1. Power ON : This switch powers the instrument when switched “ ON”
  2. Mode : Source (Generation) or Sink (Measurement) with Toggle switch.
  3. Battery Eliminator : (Optional) This facility is provided in the calibrator to suit the operation on 230Vac 50 Hz ± 10%. As soon as you connect the eliminator Socket, batteries get disconnected automatically & vice versa.
  4. Battery Replacement: When the “ Low Bat” Indication appears on DPM, the discharged batteries must be replaced, otherwise the accuracy will not be achieved. For the mA Simulator supplier replace the battery, remove the side bottom plate & then slide out the bottom plate on which the battery is firmly placed.
  5. mA Simulator: Can be calibrated easily. Remove the top plate. Potentiometers for Zero and Span are easily accessible.
  6. Quick Calibration: Selector Switch can be set for 4, 8, 12, and 16,20 mA to get appropriate output in Source Mode
