Introduction   

We make a truly portable and highly reliable Loop Calibrator  This can be used for Two Wire Transmitters & other mA-operated Process Control Instruments. Designed to suit the Instrument  Lab as well as field calibration. This is a powerful tool for Commissioning, Quality Assurance Routine Maintenance and troubleshooting.

Functional Description

Power ON  This switch powers the instrument with batteries/eliminator when switched “ON”
mA Adj   To get variable mA outout by multiturn Helipot.
Source Step  To get variable or fixed mA output from Loop Calibrator suppliers.
Terminal  Provided mA source.
Battery Eliminator   (Optional) This facility is provided in the Calibrator to suit the operation on 230V AC 50 Hz ± 10%. As soon as you connect the Eliminator Socket, batteries get disconnected automatically & vice versa.
Battery Replace   When the “ Low Bat ” Indication appears on DPM, the discharged batteries must be replaced, otherwise the accuracy will not be achieved. To replace the battery remove side – bottom plate and then slide out the bottom plate on which the battery is firmly placed.
Calibration  Easily accessible pots for Cal Adj. Please refer Instruction Manual.
